Objective & Your Satisfaction
Availability
In the event of product being out of stock, this will be shown on the site, you have the opportunity to send us an e.mail so we can notify you once the product is available again.
Orders are accepted and become firm once we know the product is in stock and ready to ship.
Payment will be taken once your order is accepted and planned for dispatch.
Allergies
Products may contain trace of nut unless specifically noted, other allergies will be included in ingredient statements according to current regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping to other parts of the EU can be shipped at an extra cost, this will be confirmed and agreed via email.
Unfortunately we cannot ship orders outside of the EU.
Goods are sent by TNT, DPD or pallex for national pallet shipping.
On dispatch of goods you will receive an email advising your goods have been sent.
Payments
Our terms of business is to accept most major credit cards and debit cards. Payment will not be taken until your goods are ready for shipment.

Errors and Omissions
In the event of damages , errors or omissions you will need to raise a claim within three days of your delivery, claims outside this window cannot be accepted.
