Installation Services
We offer an optional Full Installation Package at a cost of £295 including VAT unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Full Installation Package includes:
- Delivery coordination and positioning of the Goods at the agreed location
- Professional installation and commissioning of the Goods
- Calibration and test operation to confirm correct functioning
- Basic operational training for the Buyer or the Buyer’s staff
- Initial setup guidance, including cleaning and start-up procedures
Installation services are subject to engineer availability and may require access to suitable utilities, space, and site conditions. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the installation location complies with all relevant electrical, safety, and operational requirements prior to the installation date.
Any dates quoted for installation are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform installation services arising from circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control, including but not limited to site access issues, utility supply problems, or the Buyer’s failure to prepare the premises adequately.
Installation services do not include structural works, electrical modifications, plumbing works, or ongoing maintenance unless expressly agreed in writing.
